Important: Report cards will be out soon. Some of you have not completed all of your hand in assignments. A mark of zero has been entered as a result. If you wish to change this please complete the work you have missed and the mark will be changed. It is an expectation that all students are responsible for completing assigned work as it is an expectation of the course.

Sci 9: remember that we will be writing the Genetics test next class. Also, be sure to have your poem/short story/ rap on the vocab terms ready to go after the exam.


Biology 20: Those cell diagrams are due next class. You will be working on the bacteria internet work sheet next class

Physics 30: We finished trajectories today. Next class there will be a hand in assignment followed by an exam on Newton, friction, gravity, and trajectories

Biology 30: The photosynthesis reviews are due next class. We will be beginning cellular respiration


Chem 20: Our stoichiometry section is wrapping up. test to follow. Be sure to work on your cheat sheets

This week is a bit short due to Mamma mia and other activities.

Physics 30: We are moving into trajectories as our next topic.

Chem 30: Limiting factor problems are todays topic. Just a bit more practice and we'll be having
an evaluation of your stoichiometric skills.

Hi Girls,
A special "hi" to Katie and Rikkeal - hope you're enjoying your time away from us!  If you do happen to have a yearning to do physics homework (ha ha ha) I am linking the questions Mr. C assigned through Google docs.  They are in the textbook, but I am assuming you didn't pack your physics textbooks.  He insists he hasn't given any notes, which are what I really wanted to start posting for you but one step at a time, right?  Questions are to be handed in Friday for the rest of the class.  Remember he's going to be in the library for the extra help "club" on Thursday from after school until around 4:30!  Or until the last problem is solved...

Homework Club

For anyone who is interested in extra help with biology, chemistry, or physics, Mr. C will be hosting a homework help group in the library from 3:20ish to 4:30 on Thursday, October 21. Thursdays will not necessarily be the permanent day for the group, just for next week due to Variety Night on Tuesday. There may or may not be snacks. Let us know what you think of this idea, girls - you know that if nobody shows up he won't keep doing it! Either leave comments or tell Mr. or Mrs. C what day would work best or if you like the idea at all.
